No7 Make Up Brush Cleanser

Hello Lovelies,
Now I have tried and tested a lot of make up brush cleaners and since I have been training to become a make up artist I have learnt that you should not be cleaning your brushes with baby shampoo or anything like that. It should specifically be make up
brush cleansers / shampoos.

I came across this No7 cleansers after seeing a lot of make up artists using it to clean between use. This is such a great product if you dont have time to give your brushes a bath. Note: it wont fully clean your brushes if they are thick with foundation!

The consistency is very water based (i was expecting it to come out a bit thicker) it has slight oilyness to it but not enough to make your hands all slippery Yukkk!

I picked this up in boots for £8 which I think is a bargain. I have used it quite a lot and still
got loads left - It's gonna last a while.

Have you used this product? Are there any other cleanser products you can recommend?
Love Gill x

  1. As a MUA it is a good thing to always have a brush cleaner with you specially when you have more than one client at a time. The product sounds interesting

    1. Nope. Don't use baby shampoo. This only cleanses between washes, you will still need to give them a bath every so often xx

  5. I've been looking for a good brush cleaner for a while now so I think I might try out this one if it works! If it's good enough for professional make up artists then it's good enough for me! Thanks for the awesome review! :)

  6. I'll have to give this ago soon as the cleansing bar for my beauty blender is starting to run out. Someone also recommended Simple cleansing bars as a good alternative, do you think these would be okay to use?
